I've been here before and was remiss in not writing a review sooner to acknowledge the great staff and environment of this Starbucks. Clumsy me dropped my drink and the district manager was actually there and he promptly helped me and the team was already in action making a new drink which they did of their own accord. Just a very nice gesture that they didn't have to do but going above and beyond is a hallmark of this store. well me an my wife come here EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK an my drink is never ever made the same an when ever we say anything we get a bad attitude just for asking for extra flavor or whatever it is we are asking for.... I mean we spend over 100 dollars a week an we shouldn't be having this problem.. anyway we are just gonna have to drive a lil bit farther down the road to the next starbucks an if it happens again we will be spending our money at another coffee shop.......UNREAL SO ADDING TO POST ...IT JUST KEEPS HAPPENING THE PEO... read more
