I've been coming here for just over a year now and I have to say the service here is absolutely fantastic! A special shout out goes out to Emily, Zoe and the rest of the morning crew. They are on it!! They are an easy 5 stars!!!
I came at 5:00pm and was told they stop selling warm breakfast sandwiches 30mins before closing which is odd because I came the day before and was greeted with wonderful customer service and made a warm breakfast sandwich at 5:00. I was told it was policy to turn the oven off at 5:00.

I ordered a chai latte on ice with the ex shot of espresso they gave me it warm with no shot and I explained to them that I wanted a chai latte not just chai tea I wanted a shot of espresso in it they just dumped it into a cup with ice didn't even add the shot of espresso that I paid for and then topped it with whip cream
