Starbucks by Chorro st.San Luis Obispo CA, have bad, bad customer service. The employee, don't have respect for clients. Because they laugh loudly while preparing the drinks and food they served. Expelling germs over, we the clients, paying for, and aren't cheap. I saw their mistake in order because they were distracted
This is definitely the bad child of all the SLO Starbucks around here. Orders are never right, service is slow, you ask for extra hot drinks and they come out lukewarm, food has been cold in the middle, orders completely screwed up etc. no idea why? But I avoid this store like the plague
This location can be really bad. Particularly the wait times and service.
Every time I come here something goes wrong. If I order ahead of time, I have to wait because "their system" didn't register me. I just ordered a small coffee, but the barista didn't get it for me after I paid. She went to talk to her friends instead. A superior had to step in and make the coffee. Almost everything about this location is substandard. They need to stop hiring so many college girls. They seem more concerned about talking than working.
