Dear Starbucks, I am writing to share my disappointing experience at your Brookhaven location. I am not someone who typically writes reviews. Clean, fast sevice always friendly and welcoming staff.
Store manager on 3/21/25, 7pm shift (didn’t catch her name) needs training on how to address customers. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years for work + coffee but her behavior today left a bad taste. will not be returning to this location anytime soon.
