I didn’t get what I ask for, I ask for 1 banana vainilla and two strawberries only, they give me 3 of banana vainilla, had to wait for 8 minutes for a replacement and then the strawberry I got was 5 pieces only in each cap, I’m ok tho but danmm
Team effort
I had an awful customer service experience late at night with Mark (the supervisor) and another worker, Chloe, who wasn't even in uniform. All I wanted was a single espresso shot, but Mark's immediate eye-rolling made me feel like I was ordering a massive, complicated meal. The level of attitude was completely unacceptable. I ended up leaving without my drink because of how poorly I was treated.
