I have a medical condition that requires me to drink only decaffeinated coffee. I asked at least 3 times to make sure it was decaffeinated, and the barista ensured it was decaffeinated. After drinking half of my drink, I got severe anxiety and hot flashes indicating it was full caffeine. They need to be more careful because some people will have severe reactions when their order is made incorrectly. I won't be coming back.
Came here a few days ago around 7pm with a friend and it was a very unprofessional experience. Walked up to the counter and order an iced pumpkin spice latte but the man behind the counter told me there was barely any pumpkin spice syrup left. I decided to just order an iced caramel macchiato instead. my friend went up to the counter and she tried to order a pumpkin spice frap and he said they weren't doing fraps anymore. she proceeded just to order a basic iced vanilla coffee and when we got our drinks they were horrible. t... read more
They were out of a lot of stuff and there isn't even chairs to sit down.
