Went in for a new drink go over with the order with the 18–19-year-old. Order the drink. All set, I thought. The employee takes the order of the two people behind me. I patiently waited for my drink. Then the two ladies behind me take my drink, which I did not know was there because the employees usually call out your name. Not this Starbucks. Too much effort required for that. Extremely rude, I came in with a clients parent and ordered two venti coffees A mocha frappe and caramel macchiato . I also purchased a cup that I ask for my frappe to be put in. I ordered it with a double shot and my cup was only half full. This is unacceptable. The other coffee look like milk then a little coffee on top no caramel in the cup. When ask why they said you should have ask. We ask for the coffee to be made correct. And with no attitude.

i had a really horrible experience at this starbucks this morning- the girl working did not want to be there, and it was extremely obvious. taking my order was annoying, me paying with a gift card was annoying, i was the only customer and my order took a long time, and then when it was done she never even let me know, so my food went cold by the time i got it, and my drink was watered down. will definitely not be going back to this location again and finding another coffee shop
