i had a really horrible experience at this starbucks this morning- the girl working did not want to be there, and it was extremely obvious. taking my order was annoying, me paying with a gift card was annoying, i was the only customer and my order took a long time, and then when it was done she never even let me know, so my food went cold by the time i got it, and my drink was watered down. will definitely not be going back to this location again and finding another coffee shop
No complaints about the chai and the croissant, but the 20 minute wait for the chai was a tough pill to swallow. They did ask me about 4 times for my name and what I ordered while I was waiting, but no one ever said how long it would be. Definitely felt like people coming in after me were getting drinks sooner, and not just mobile orders.
I don’t even work here and I can understand this ticket perfectly fine. Nothing about this drink is correct. When I first walked in, I saw a latte sitting there. Where on this ticket does it say latte? They remade it and it’s still wrong lol. Starbucks do better.
