this was my worse experience yet! i went in craving a seasonal cold drink while ordering Michelle kindly made conversation but got side tracked and completely ruined my order this is unacceptable i was very disappointed thankful a girl with black hair i believe her name was Kaitlyn corrected my order.
This is my absolute favorite Starbucks in Kansas City. Great staff and the orders are always right. Michelle does an outstanding job running this location!
We had a great experience at this location. Our barista, Jenna, was super helpful and friendly with our complicated order.
