This Starbucks is in a convenient location and has friendly staff. I have had issues with drinks being made and my orders not going through on the app. Usually the staff are happy to remake drinks or make it again when the order didn't go through on their system.
The music is SO LOUD! I couldn’t hear the person sitting with me at the same table!

It fills me with dissapointment to add such a negative review to a store that only has one real problem; the manager. I was helped by one of the baristas after there was a problem with my drink. She was very kind and earnestly working to remediate my issue. Not even a second later and I heard the manager making underhanded comments both to the barista's face and behind her back.
