Got my order wrong which was tea. It wasn’t hot or filled up either and I just placed the order. I asked the guy if I could get it remade and it did not come out good. 2 stars for him remaking it but the customer service and quality of something simple was disappointing.
cozy, clean, quick service
I usually like this Starbucks but today I went and the sweet cream cold foam I asked for he didn’t even spin it that long and it just melted right into the drink because it was so thin and not made right. So I went back up and was like isn’t the sweet cream foam supposed to be thickened? Usually when I get it it’s thickened more he made it again and SANE THING!
