Brilliant customer service and they are very fast
Why is Starbucks losing money? Their drinks are too expensive and there is little value. I ordered a drink with low ice and it was still 40% of the drink. I ordered a 16 ounce drink, paid $8 and got a 9 ounce drink.
It was okay, my drink took over 20 minutes! Thank God I was early for my flight. It looked nice and the employees were sweet and patient even though under pressure.
Rude stuff, long time to wait, watered down coffee.
I asked for cream and they filled a quarter cup full and then before I could say anything put coffee in the cup. Just give me the damn creamer and let me do it.
