The lady with purple ponytail just talked about how slow service was at their location with another employee vs actually taking our orders. We were all in line for a long time because of the chit chatting! Rude!
I think this place got replaced by Dunkin Donuts.
Refused me service after they told me “I’m the only one here, I’m closing.” I just wanted a cup of coffee…
Brilliant customer service and they are very fast
Why is Starbucks losing money? Their drinks are too expensive and there is little value. I ordered a drink with low ice and it was still 40% of the drink. I ordered a 16 ounce drink, paid $8 and got a 9 ounce drink.
