@whoever checking revenue, this Starbucks is located in one of the most premium location with biggest traffic , but I am sure it has very little revenue. In peak hours there is only 1 associate taking and making orders, in hours with no traffic- several associates doing nothing
No one to help the customers, stood there for 20 mins
I had a terrible experience at Starbucks. We waited 25 minutes to place our order, and the worst part is that no other customers were waiting. We attempted to contact the staff several times, but they completely ignored our calls. One employee in particular, a woman with afro-textured hair with red tips, was especially rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. This kind of service is unacceptable. I hope this issue is addressed.
