I just moved in this area. I drink SB coffee on a daily basis. I don’t know if it’s me or they just cant get my drink right. I ordered 3x already but still the taste is not right. White chocolate mocha tastes different.
Extremely rude and uninterested staff. Ordered a protein matcha, she made a latte and then when I pointed out it was not my order, she behaved like she had to do me such a huge favour to remake the "correct" order. I thanked her for the effort and she rolled her eyes at me. The staff definitely needs a lesson or two in customer service!
tried iced dubai chocolate matcha and mocha more than 4-5 times, everytime i get it, it tastes different and the consistency is so watery. The staff seem so uninterested in making our orders i felt.
