We missed our exit for the Starbucks and traffic was backed up to go back. The next exit was this store. We went in the store and Alex helped us without any issues. Everywhere should have customer service like this young man gave us. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
My wife and I come here every morning and spend 10-20 bucks. Today my wife asked for a cup of water and they said you have to buy something as the new policy. Declined to give her some water. So we will not be going to Starbucks anymore. Greed at its finest ladies and gentlemen.
