i’m not a new customer to this location but the wait time this time around was ridiculous, i usually get my drink with light ice and by the time i got my drink it was almost all melted because of the wait time. i had ordered on the app and waited almost 20 mins to receive my drink. there were 2 cars in front of me. as someone who works in food i understand wait time but i wasn’t disappointed this time
