Once again, I made the mistake of stopping at this location. Online says that it's open until 7 PM. This is the third time in the last 6 months where I've stopped. And they're already closed this time, I was here at 630. and they were already shut down if your going to have starbucks in your store then you need to keep it open until the advertised time!.
Good customer service--bad coffee. First time at Starbucks. We got cold Xmas coffees. They were lukewarm and watery. Gross. We threw them out.
I LOVE STARBUCKS ESPECIALLY THE ONE AT DOWNTOWN ALEX JOHNSON HOTEL IN RAPID CITY LOVE THE BARISTAS AND LOVE THE SURROUNDINGS
