Walk in and no one says a word to me. I'm literally at the cashier and he stares at me. Says absolutely nothing. Spent almost 7 dollars on a drink. Dear Starbucks, I'm done.
12/01/24 evening shift Just to let y’all know, talking about a customer to each other on your headsets is super unprofessional and uncalled for. We can hear you!! Especially when said customer asked a totally reasonable question. There’s nothing wrong with asking for a redo when you overfill a cup and it’s dripping everywhere. Coffee stains. Thanks for the hospitality.
I'm usually in and out in under 10 minutes. I stop in all the time before work and have never had any issues. Employees are friendly, and my drink is correct every time.
I went in and I’ll say 5 minutes standing in front of the counter and I left, it was empty and the girl who made the smoothies was like cleaning some things or good morning she said she was just throwing things as if she were upset. The WORST service!
