Cute store… always out of basic syrups and drinks. 3 out of every 4 times I stop there they are out of vanilla or classic syrup. They also show no sympathy for it. I’m often answered with a smile and a request for what else would I like. Even after driving 45 minutes for a drink, I walk out with nothing. Store needs better managed for being the only one for another almost hour and a half. It’s overpriced too but obviously since I’m willing to drive that far it’s not the issue here it’s that it’s not managed well.
We had a much better experience at this Starbucks than many reviewers! Service was solid, drinks out in order, lattes were great, nice and hot. Food served hot as well. Place was clean, nice outdoor sitting/dining area. No drive-through here. Have to climb stairs to get inside. A little more expensive than other Starbucks, but who goes to Starbucks for cheap coffee? Our experience was good.
