Worst Starbucks ever. Came here twice in the middle of the day—no staff, no service. Left without coffee again.
Love the ladies at Starbucks on B St in the Safeway store in San Rafael, especially Lilia and Karen. They are as always in a good mood and really friendly. They make the best Carmel Macchiato, much better than the Starbucks on Irwin or the Starbucks in the shopping center area where KFC is located.
Barista didn’t understand how to correctly enter my drink. Wanted to charge me to “add” syrups when I just walked to change the flavor of syrup in an existing drink. $7.25 in the app (can’t order ahead here) and over $10 the way she wanted to ring it up. I was told it’s different because “we work for Safeway, not Starbucks”
