Worst Starbucks ever. Came here twice in the middle of the day—no staff, no service. Left without coffee again.
Love the ladies at Starbucks on B St in the Safeway store in San Rafael, especially Lilia and Karen. They are as always in a good mood and really friendly. They make the best Carmel Macchiato, much better than the Starbucks on Irwin or the Starbucks in the shopping center area where KFC is located.
Barista didn’t understand how to correctly enter my drink. Wanted to charge me to “add” syrups when I just walked to change the flavor of syrup in an existing drink. $7.25 in the app (can’t order ahead here) and over $10 the way she wanted to ring it up. I was told it’s different because “we work for Safeway, not Starbucks”
My friend and I went for a coffee.. we were there waiting for the lady in the back folding bags and taking tickets from the delivery company was ready to gave us the service... She totally was ignoring us .. after 18 minutes I came to ask if she would be able to get us some help.. and she yelled at me saying that if I was blind to see that she was busy.. obviously I got chocked by her answer so rude .. and I told her attitude was so ugly with costumers and I said I will talk to someone about her and she laughed at my face sa... read more
