They do not greet costumers, you walk in to order and it's seem like a inconvenience to them. There was no one in the coffee shop, he raise his eyebrows instead of asking. The one in the blonde seem like she's having a bad day and the short guy dark hair with glasses don't have manners.

Extremely rude staff. They act as if it’s an inconvenience when customers walk in. I ordered a matcha tea latte but it wasn’t made right. I asked politely if the lady could remake my drink and she said only if I pay for the next drink because I can’t get a free drink. Awful service.

Came in to use holiday gift card was told we don’t have a holiday menu. Wasn’t told hello or how are you? Wasnt welcomed at all. Very rude tone from staff
