Absolute slowest service. 30 minutes stuck in line.
Taylor was super rude and disrespectful. I ordered at the window a Decaf iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso and when I got to the window I clarified if it was decaf because I can’t have caffeine due to a medication I’m on. The employee Taylor was very rude and said no turned away with no clarity if they were doing a remake. I went in to clarify and she was AGAIN unfriendly and annoyed. Super weird experience.
It was a rainy day and we came to pick up coffee to go. But we had our little Yorkie with us, but he has to wait outside as they said “dogs are not permitted” . Even though on hands, it is rainy and he is a tiny 5lb boy. Also there is no sign about it on door.
Pumpkin spice latte. Was great but took a least 20 minutes to get the drink. Never had it so slow at a Starbucks.
