They arent dog friendly. Put me put in the winter cold to wait for my order. Because of food safety and allergens... but said if I had a service dog that was ok... So let me understand this? The manager lady thinks about a stupid certificate making a dog allergy free and food safe? He is very well behaved. But we got kicked out anyway. No costumers where even complaining. Just this lady with a clipboard who acted important. People dont take your dog here because her logic is ridiculous
We stopped at the West Bank Starbucks en route to Penticton from Kelowna and I am glad we did. The drive through gentleman working on Dec 13/25 had more personality and spice than everyone in Kelowna combined. Fantastic service. Very memorable.
