The customer service here is 0/10. There was no receipt offered, cashier didn't ask me if I had an account to even receive points. There was three representatives at the counter and the cashier still acted as if she didn't want to be at work.
The employees are nice but service is slow and my orders have been incorrect lately. For example, I ordered an iced drink but it was prepared hot. Another visit I received the wrong hot food item. I ordered a spicy falafel pocket and received the jalapeño chicken pocket. They don’t follow the order tickets. They need to tighten up around here. Two stars for cleanliness and being polite.
Updated review: bumping it up to a 4 star because they've turned things around. The employee there, Stacy (I think that's her name), is super sweet. She made my order quickly twice and not waited 15+ minutes. Nice work, management! Old review: Takes 20 min to get a drink here even if no one is in line
