My bf got me the new valentines frappe and I was very disappointed. There was still full piece of ice in my drink. It was also not very mixed well. Hightly disappointed in this location

I'm honestly surprised by all the negative reviews. I've had nothing but great experiences, and great coffee here. I am a regular, and would go as far as to say it's the best in town. My coffee taste the same ever time I order; which it should be consistent. At all the other starbucks locations my drink orders taste different every time. It depends on who makes it, and 9/10 times gross. I go out of my way to go here even if it means parking and walking in. Keep up the good work!
i ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso through mobile order and what i got was not that!! it wasn’t made with oatmilk which is a HUGE allergy issue because i ordered that specific drink since there is no dairy. there was no brown sugar syrup in it, i know because i order this drink often, just not at this location. it tastes like 2% milk and cinnamon.. i can’t even taste the coffee and there is supposed to be 3 blonde shots. i’m truly disappointed and will not be recommending this starbucks. they have gotten my orde... read more
