They have this Red Head young lady in here she is always so miserable. SHE always giving people dirty looks and makes it uncomfortable to order. I don't get it if people don't like their jobs, why do it?? What an Unpleasant employee
Great staff and atmosphere but somehow I ALWAYS get a stomach ache after eating their food items (mainly the sandwiches and egg bites). Also, got an Ube macchiato this morning and the Ube foam doesn’t even taste like Ube!! So disappointed. The only good flavor you guys held was the lavender.
This location is extremely slow at preparing orders. It took them 27 minutes to complete my order of x1 non-customized Frappuccino. An Hispanic old female employee with glasses had a horrible attitude when providing me my drink. I purchased a gift card as well.
Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Starbucks location. Alexis was extremely rude and dismissive from the start. After waiting over 20 minutes just to place an order, we asked about the refill policy before ordering. We were clearly told that this location does honor refills, so we ordered our drinks with the plan to return later while walking around the store.
