This location is extremely slow at preparing orders. It took them 27 minutes to complete my order of x1 non-customized Frappuccino. An Hispanic old female employee with glasses had a horrible attitude when providing me my drink. I purchased a gift card as well.
Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Starbucks location. Alexis was extremely rude and dismissive from the start. After waiting over 20 minutes just to place an order, we asked about the refill policy before ordering. We were clearly told that this location does honor refills, so we ordered our drinks with the plan to return later while walking around the store. Took over 15 minutes just to take order. The service is horrible. Will not come back again. Their is a much better Starbucks not too far away. Drinks are alright and food is alright
