My coffee was incorrectly made and the wrong size. When I mentioned it to the barista she rolled her eyes with annoyance. She didn't say anything but you could read her body language. Then she just poured it in a bigger cup and added more cream now my coffee is made wrong and cold. On top of the fact this location is a dollar more then all the surrounding stores.
Long wait and order wasn’t correct. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Fine in a pinch, but not ideal before a meeting.
The staff is always polite and service is always fast. Definitely love the excellent handwriting on this cup. 🙂
