came in before work and i’ve been sitting for like 20 minutes waiting for a singular drink lmfao. my sandwich was cold and i’m just sitting here looking at the other 50 people waiting for their shit. i’m also a barista, you guys need to hire more people or figure out how to handle rushes.
Dont come her if they are even slightly busy. Workers dont seem to be in a hurry no matter how long the wait is. 32 minutes to get a single frappe.
Jerad and the staff at this location are wonderful! So good that I let them pick my coffee each morning. I highly recommend seeing them in the mornings, great start to the day!
Great location in Crown Center with friendly staff. It is very busy during holiday weekends and hotel conventions with staff working hard. Lots of seating so relax if you need that complicated secret drink.
