Honestly despite some issues here in the past it never kept me away. But eliminating menu items at new request of Shaws bc they are threatened by starbucks competition with their bakery IS enough to keep me away when there are three other starbucks locations in close proximity. Its funny to me that Shaws feels threatened by basic food items. But honestly.. maybe those in management need to take some business classes. I stood at the counter for a few minutes, waiting to be acknowledged. And more waiting. There were 3 workers behind the counter, one was in training, one was heating a cookie, and the third was doing nothing. How sad that customer service is such a low priority for these workers. Rude!
