It’s disappointing and makes zero sense when you order a large hot mocha and it arrives feeling light. We took off the top and there was over an inch of open space at the top of our drink, which is almost low enough to make it a medium.
Honestly despite some issues here in the past it never kept me away. But eliminating menu items at new request of Shaws bc they are threatened by starbucks competition with their bakery IS enough to keep me away when there are three other starbucks locations in close proximity. Its funny to me that Shaws feels threatened by basic food items. But honestly.. maybe those in management need to take some business classes.
