Hands down the worst Starbucks in town. Go literally anywhere else. I'm not even a picky girl. I don't give bad reviews unless something really sucks. This location is cheeks. 🤢
Hi Im a frequent customer at this Hyvee Starbucks, and was actually there in line the day the upset lady below was there and i remember it clearly due to how outrageous this woman was acting. The male barista was trying to simply let her know that they can only take gift cards through the starbucks app, plus she stood where you get your drinks and proceeded to yell and scream at the male barista the whole time she was there as he was trying to just move the line forward and drop it. Lousy. Worst Starbucks location I have ever been to in the 15 years I've been visiting Starbucks. Had no issues placing my order, but once my husband tried to scan our barcode to earn stars, all hell broke loose. The male barista stated their location doesn't allow their customers to earn stars. When I replied that this is the only location we've ever been to that doesn't provide stars for purchases, he immediately snapped back with an attitude and said it's quite common and happens at that location frequently.
