Awesome Starbucks
As an active-duty service member, I visited for the military and veterans' promotion, but it was not honored. The staff attributed it to a barcode issue. When I asked if they had attempted to resolve it, the two staff members claimed they hadn't taken any action. There were no signs warning of issues, making it seem like the baristas refused to provide the free promotional coffee.
