Lousy customer service!
Awesome Starbucks
As an active-duty service member, I visited for the military and veterans' promotion, but it was not honored. The staff attributed it to a barcode issue. When I asked if they had attempted to resolve it, the two staff members claimed they hadn't taken any action. There were no signs warning of issues, making it seem like the baristas refused to provide the free promotional coffee. The three workers just stopped in the middle of my order to complain about their jobs. The drink was delicious just expected high standards
5 people behind the counter, no line and still took 15 minutes to get one drink. They all stood around talking while one man worked on it stopping between steps to chat. Date is 11/10 and 1pm for the managers reference
