After all the time I’ve been ordering from Starbucks (20 years) I’ve never found a drink that was truly unique to my taste until now Lanie S made me a grande chai frappe with banana and brown sugar cold foam it tasted like a banana foster in a cup! Thanks Lanie!!
Had an amazing barista help me. Shout out to Lanie! She prepared my drink, along with several others quickly and maintained excellent customer service by talking to me about my day with a friendly attitude. Thanks Lanie!
I love this location! Lanie couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating and always puts a smile on my face. Jay, the barista who was on loan from Alton, made 2 of the most perfect drinks. You can tell he loves his job which makes such a difference! I highly recommend going to this location!
I am really not a Starbucks person, but I would be if they were all like this location. Erica at the front helped me. She was one of the sweetest, friendliest, and fun people I have met at any service counter on top of that. Everybody else was so nice as well. I heard them several times greet customers by first name as they come through the door and were quick to strike up a friendly conversation.
