Server Alena didn’t even acknowledge, or smile. I asked only for a straw for my drink. Poor representation of Starbucks in our beautiful Maui. Other than she it was a pleasant experience

I ordered a pumpkin spiced iced chai with extra Carmel drizzle and soft top. My sister order the same thing after me. We both got back a iced chai and when we told the guy who made our drinks he simply took the lid off drizzled some Carmel and gave it back. I paid 11 dollars for a grande without any of the things I wanted. Pmo.
Coffee was terrible and tasted old. I got an Americano and threw it away. Manager who was running pick up area was rude to customers & staff.
