Took an oddly long amount of time to complete the order. Didn't make either drink correctly, - used coffee instead of espresso - used milk instead of oat milk (this was caused major issues as it was an allergy issue) - ratio of milk to coffee was wrong - did not put extra espresso shot in This is an order that we have done probably 16 times this month. We know when its right and whats just variance with person or location. This was flat made wrong! This isn't the first time.
Great service, even brought stuff out to our table
