Received a poorly made, burnt coffee and asked if we could exchange it for something different. First barista said that was fine, but the second one was rude and didn't want to replace it. Said that was not allowed. I explained to her the current ones tasted extremely burnt and they reluctantly made new drinks, in small cups filled with ice, and then slammed them on the counter and said here. This Starbucks is by far not the closest Starbucks to where I live but I still drive to this one every day because the people that work here are so very nice and go beyond to be so friendly. Nick, Catherine and Amanda are just a few really great employees. And very importantly, they make my shaken espresso better than any of the other Starbucks nearby!
This is such a reliable location! I can count on drinks being made correctly and in a timely manner. Just this morning while waiting for my mobile order I realized I ordered to the wrong location. The barista said it was no problem and she’d make my drink! Absolutely above and beyond service even though it was my mistake.
Worst customer service experience at Starbucks in Target this afternoon. When I ordered, the barista was clearly grumpy and wasn't paying attention and asked me things i already told her. She was mad there were no cups for cold drinks by her that she didnt get my order correct. And when my friend told her she had the exact change since we paid with cash, she ignored us and gave me change back and stormed to the back to get cups.
