I went in at 7:50 and the barista (brown girl) brown hair skinny, had her hair in a bun. didn’t get her name. told me “sorry to burst your bubble we’re closed. i get it i came in 10 til close, however I was wanting starbucks and thought I could get a last minute drink. kind of disappointed.. she wasn’t polite about it though, and that’s why i felt the need to review :/

I did not have money for a tip so they gave me a smaller drink amd was very rude.

Received a poorly made, burnt coffee and asked if we could exchange it for something different. First barista said that was fine, but the second one was rude and didn't want to replace it. Said that was not allowed. I explained to her the current ones tasted extremely burnt and they reluctantly made new drinks, in small cups filled with ice, and then slammed them on the counter and said here. This Starbucks is by far not the closest Starbucks to where I live but I still drive to this one every day because the people that work here are so very nice and go beyond to be so friendly. Nick, Catherine and Amanda are just a few really great employees. And very importantly, they make my shaken espresso better than any of the other Starbucks nearby!
