I would like to recognize Zelda, for her pleasant demeanor, while visiting the Ingles host store, while Starbucks had closed an hour earlier, she was still very attentive and helpful. That is Zelda as in Zelda Fitzgerald
The absolute worst service ever.
Just left food and drinks sitting there for like 20 min. no name called or anything …
So bummed! I seek Starbucks everywhere I travel and am always leery when they are in another store. The drinks were made incorrectly but the real slap was being charged $1 for ordering a drink with no ice! We argued with employees and were told if they don’t charge it they get yelled at! What is going on? HQ pay attention.
Need to stop putting these little kids in there working. They cant make anything RIGHT. Worst Starbucks ive ever been too very rude bad service!
