May 14, 2025 5:30 pm. I stopped by the Starbucks at the Safeway, asked the Customer Service representative to check the balance on my gift Certificate, he refused, said I have to buy something to find out, I questioned the logic of his response and his reply was “too bad if I don’t like it”, I questioned his rude response and he said I’ll give you attitude if you give me attitude, I and my family spend hundreds of $ a month at Starbucks, not anymore. What a joke on my large coffe.not even one sip I got.
Friendly staff, clean facility, quick drive thru. Great service! Not a fan of the new hot coffee lids they leak.
5 stars to the guy who said croissant with an accent this Morning while taking our drive thru order! Never got his name, but it was the highlight of our morning, coffee was great and so was the croissant!
Staff is always friendly which makes the start of my morning on a good note
