The only reason why I put a 3 is because, of the not so kind barista named Sofia fails to make my day as I come in for a nice refresher drink asking for cake pop but her answer is “No.” she says with aggression. My experience with this starbucks inside longos Brooklin was so horrible. We went there to get a coffee .There were 2 ladies at the place but they paid no attention to us.We placed our order .She didn't even ask our names to be noted in our order.We were waiting right infront of them.I saw the same lady being nice and kind to the other client and made note of their name for the order.She kept the coffee aside and didn't even call us .We were waiting for so long and then found the coffee placed at the pickup.When we asked her... read more
