apparently water isn’t free, you have to purchase something! great to know now
I was sadly refused a half cup of “tap water”to take my medicine. I understand policies can vary, but this felt unnecessarily and inconsiderate. Staff should be reminded that empathy and basic courtesy are part of good service.
They lose a star for every time they get my order wrong
Not a fan
Now that this starbucks has been moved to the USU the quality or service has decreased 10 fold. They’re out of nearly half the menu every day the baristas on the register are rude and act like they don’t want to be there, the last time i was there they only had one person making drinks who was super slow. the manager even came out from the back and told them they were out of something but couldn’t bother to help with the line of 30+ people.
