I see this location is back to the “ please tell me your name so I can write it wrong on the cup” game. Common Starbucks. Quit asking for people’s names and pretending like you are actually listening. Imagine how many other people‘s names you are getting wrong. It is embarrassing and insulting and is not at all cute
Both of my drinks were made incorrectly. One of which is a shaken espresso (which is a layered drink oat milk goes on top of shaken espresso, in this case my oat milk was shaken with the espresso). I know this is incorrect because I used to work at starbucks as a shift supervisor. The other drink, a lemonade refresher. Besides the specific flavor, a lemonade refresher should never have water added. The only water that may belong in the drink is what is inside of premixed ingredients like lemonade.
