I love this Starbucks. We all need a late night pick me up sometimes. This starbucks is opene one hour and a half later then all of the rest. It closes at midnight. Most other Starbucks close between 10 pm and 10:30 pm
Plenty of seats available, coffee smelled so good, nice volume on the music too. Met a friend for coffee and conversation. Had thw iced shaken espresso that I hadn't had in a while with a free mod upgrade .
I believe each shop has it's own personality, and if that is the case, the personality of this shop is a tired, old curmudgeon yelling at the kids to get of their lawn. I've been to entirely too many Starbucks in my life and I can say without any doubt that this is the worst one ever. The customer service here is off the charts bad, and I'm almost certain it's a top-down mentality. They need to fire the general manager, half the staff and replace them with people from the surrounding shops, preferably the people up the stree... read more
