I usually do not complain about my Starbucks iced coffee but today I feel like I was robbed of 8 almost 9 dollars of a grande iced coffee after I was accidently splashed with coffee and got on my glasses I wasn't even mad but when I got in my car and seen that I barely got 5 sips in of my iced coffee I was a bit disappointed because it does take me a long time to finish it. I feel like my iced coffee was just ice and sweet cold foam because the ice was literally filled to the top so that's when I got upset 😭
The staff are always really nice to me. I throughly enjoy how well they make my mocha coffee. It's always really tasty and beautifully presented.
KINDNESS will always win. This Starbucks team is exemplary of that, and it’s the cherry on the cake on top of fast, accurate service. Thanks for being great human beings 🩵
