Good place
I placed my usual order: a Venti Dark Roast (Verona) with ½ inch of cream. When I received the coffee, I noticed there was no cream at all—it was just plain black coffee. I politely approached the barista (name "V") to let her know and asked if she could add the cream as requested. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional.
