Jeremy, was a phenomenal worker super professional! Is a very down to earth also treated me & my family with such respect. He/him, was super professional I’m glad he’s working at this facility he/him made my experience here awesome! Well mannered, wish more people were like him.
I asked for light ice and they told me that they can either leave the cup half empty or give me extra milk. When I asked why they can’t just fill it up with the base of the drink which is obviously coffee, they said because half of the drink I’m paying for is ice and repeated that they can either leave the cup half empty or give me light ice with extra milk. This store has amazing employees, they are locked in and they never mess up any of my drinks. 10/10 favorite location, give them all raises please they are not making enough money for the ART and love they put into these drinks. I love you guys fr, I can ALWAYS go to this location and know my drink is going to be straight FIRE. Also the remodel is super cute & convenient
