First and last time. The store was empty, yet I ordered the coffee through the app so all the instructions were there. My coffee was hot, I asked warm, no cinnamon powder, I asked that to be added too. And the app doesn’t say that is inside a campus, I don’t live here so this was the first time and I had to run upstairs because I didn’t knew that. Needs improvement
Pastry not properly warmed, the fairly expensive for portion size. Good atmosphere and friendly employees
They're amazing. Only messed up one time and they were swamped and fixed it right away. I stop in once a week or so with my baby after class.
