I just want to give a huge shout-out to the morning staff at this Starbucks. I’ve never been to a coffee shop that cares more about the quality of their food and drinks or the safety of their customers. I don’t know how to spell everyone’s names, so I won’t try, but Miss Karen and two other wonderful ladies are almost always there when I visit. First and last time. The store was empty, yet I ordered the coffee through the app so all the instructions were there. My coffee was hot, I asked warm, no cinnamon powder, I asked that to be added too. And the app doesn’t say that is inside a campus, I don’t live here so this was the first time and I had to run upstairs because I didn’t knew that. Needs improvement
Pastry not properly warmed, the fairly expensive for portion size. Good atmosphere and friendly employees
