Are the employees supposed to be playing the Pokemon machine while we wait for them to be done to help us? Happened to me three times already at the Starbucks as we are waiting the guy and the girl (separate occasions) says can I go grab something real quick from the machine and just leaves. Takes 4-5mins until he/she gets it. And one of them waited to double check again if there’s anything available while people get lined up waiting. So do they get to shop while working? I’m confused. Stop by Starbucks today on a Wednesday. Sierra was working the bar and she was polite kind and answered all my questions about the fall drinks coming up. I felt in the snow and it was kind of her to answer my questions. Definitely coming back thank you.
