That location seriously needs to reevaluate how it treats customers. One of the employees was just lingering around the vending machine the entire time like she was guarding it, which already made things feel awkward. Not as busy as the store front across the parking lot. Service and parking was easier.
Honestly, that was one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had in a while. There was an employee literally camping out by the vending machine area like it was her personal space, and the whole interaction from start to finish just felt off. When it came time to order, she was incredibly unpleasant—super snappy, impatient, and came across as straight-up arrogant for no reason. Bad experience! I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch frap with oatmilk, no whip, extra caramel and crunch. I get there after the app saying it's ready and they're still working on it. No problem. She proceeds to hand me my drink with whip on the top. I tell her I asked for no whip and she scraped the whip off the top. Okay? I don't say anything.
