Good service, the drink is horrible, coffee is burnt and taste bad
I normally go to this location because it is close to me, but I just cannot handle seeing the same barista put her bare fingers inside the cups anymore. The convenience of this place being nearby is not worth it now and I think customers should go to another Starbucks if this continues.
Saw an employee put her fingers in the rim of the cup without gloves. I got sick from seeing that so I turned away before I ordered anything.
Amazing service by Jenna! She assured me that my drink would taste great and it definitely did! Thank you so much!
