Honestly the worst service I got from a Starbucks I went in last night around 5pm to shop at target after before I left I got Starbucks I waited 5 minutes before the girl took notice I was standing their all 5 works where on there phones and didn’t take any time to notice me then I was waiting for my drink and all they did was swore and sat on their phones took them 10 minutes to get my drink made and it ended up not tasting good. Honestly won’t be going to this one ever again
I came on a busy day and Miranda (I believe that was her name) was behind the counter. She was polite, patient, and efficient. I wanted to leave her a good tip but I did not have cash and the machine never prompted for one. Give this individual a Christmas bonus please
This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to because of its convenience being within Target. But when my boyfriend and I had visited there last week, we had ordered and paid but something came up. Instead of notifying us right away about one of our orders not being available, they tell us after the fact we have paid already. I have worked in the food industry so I understand, but what threw me off was there wasn’t an apology made. Please, do better with customer equity!
This starbucks has the worst baristas ever they refused to serve us after standing in line forever. They walked out behind the counter and asked a girl behind us what she wanted instead.
