Relaxing, friendly, efficient, good coffee. This starbucks is located on Fort Meade, in side the exchange. One of the most friendly Starbucks with a large selections of mugs.
Everything was good and the staff was super friendly! Very convenient. Had a great time chatting with a friend here.
Horrible customer service. Sharon (or Shanon), I really hope you aren’t the manager with your nasty attitude. Simple question i asked about a special you’re running…your answer, “NO I WILL NOT DO IT.” You raised your voice in front of 20+ customers and in front of my wife. You should be fired!! Or if you don’t like your job, find a new one.
