They need more than one person here. They leave for breaks for 40 mins - an hour at a time and non of the staff are trained and are unhelpful. Waited at this location for over 30 mins which usually is the standard break. Not sure where anyone was. But the staff of Kroger itself if always so unhelpful. The baristas are always nice. For the most part.
Most times, it's good coffee. 4 stars because they've closed early when I was there twice.
My online order was ready when I arrived.
I placed a mobile order. The person is on break. It’s now been over 20 minutes. Don’t accept mobile orders during employee break time. No one has time for this It ended up taking over 45 minutes for the order. The employee told me she was training someone and get stock.
I was in at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday morning and the barista could not have been friendlier or more helpful or just making a great start for what was a bit of an otherwise stressful day. Thanks! And the coffee was tasty too! 🙂
