Watched my drink cup SIT on the back counter for 10 minutes and get over looked and not get made. Literally they just kept walking around it and not make it. Sat here and watched them dance around the cup for 10 minutes and not make it. Do better please.
Waited behind the queue area and was asked for my order, but wasn't ready. Was met with a grumpy nod Ordered 2 drinks, got a wrong drink. Was asked to go and pay for the mistaken drink. when she heard I only wanted two and understood the wrong order was taken, she annoyingly said I don't need to pay. Machine didn't let me give no tip for the initial grumpy attitude so I left 1 cent. glad I did, but would have left ZERO, like this star.
Tuesday morning, June 9, 2026: This review is for barista Rachael. I was 3rd to step in-line to be served. At the time, there was only one barista (Rachael) taking orders. As the line was growing, another barista noticed the line and opened the 2nd register. (Thank you for doing this! I'm sorry that I didn't get your name.)
