Had a very unpleasant experience made worse by condescending sarcasm by Jayden! I ordered a Venti vanilla bean frappuccino, no whip, and 4 extra scoops of vanilla bean powder - 8 total... (This drink is made with 4 squirts of vanilla syrup as well - I just learned today how many it's made of)... What I got was a drink with 2 of vanilla syrup and only 2 extra scoops of vanilla bean powder. I was able to catch them and they were able to put it back in the blender with the additional scoops of vanilla bean powder like it should... read more
Check the label on your drink for accuracy. I'd think where they're located they would be careful. I didn't check and am now home with a drink I can't drink and out 7.00 plus tip. It's incredibly loud in there too, I guess due to the size.
