The service time is horrible. I ordered a drink early in the morning before class and waited for over 15 minutes while the two employees talked the entire time. I was the only person in line. They were talking for almost 10 minutes while I waited, and I had a class to get to in 10 minutes as well. That is insanely ridiculous.
