(Im Phuong) I ordered a Mocha Frappuccino at the Starbucks near my house and added mocha drizzle because I thought it might not be included anymore - maybe due to some new updates. Even though I specifically added and paid for it, the drizzle still wasn’t there. On top of that, the drink didn’t even taste like a proper Starbucks drink - it felt rushed and off. I would give 0 if I could. The worst experience that I have ever had at Starbucks! Very rude Staff!
5 tables the size of watermelons. Corporate decided to remove tables and chairs so the customer area is moronic and nonfunctional. Nice going corporate hq, you ruined the atmosphere. Please install water filters at corporate HQ to remove the lead. Maybe normal logic will return. The staff here and coffee are excellent.
