Drink was fine, Girl at the register didn’t make me feel welcomed and didn’t have any manners. Will be ordering pickup next time I stop by this location
This morning I went to buy a Venti White Mocha Frappuccino. I wanted soy milk, not too much sugar, and no whipped cream. But when I received the drink, it had whipped cream, was too sweet, and tasted like cow's milk (I'm allergic). I noticed the staff were busy chatting amongst themselves and not paying attention to my request.
The barista didn’t know what she was doing. 90% full and incorrectly made.
(Im Phuong) I ordered a Mocha Frappuccino at the Starbucks near my house and added mocha drizzle because I thought it might not be included anymore - maybe due to some new updates. Even though I specifically added and paid for it, the drizzle still wasn’t there. On top of that, the drink didn’t even taste like a proper Starbucks drink - it felt rushed and off.
