I went there this morning and the drive through window worker a woman, took my card for payment, I then realized she added a dollar tip - without my permission. I understand it’s only a dollar, however, the principle of stealing tips is totally unacceptable.
Ya'll should really consider who you put on the register, cause I've been here so many times on campus and this same woman is very rude. I've had great experiences with other staff members, but this girl with purple braids always in a bun is typically rude. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and thought she just had a monotone voice, but it's obvious she isn't the personality for the register! They got my order spot on but only until I left the store did I realize they left little messages on the cup. Absolutely made my day.
This is by far the worst Starbucks in Jacksonville. Poor customer service and poor management.
Never got the right order. They don’t know how to make mocha. Also they charge you for ice water or hot water. This is ridiculous!!!!
