i was very disappointed this morning when my breakfast sandwich was handed to me mangled inside the bag, this is supposed to be my go to food item here i between my classes in the morning but they keep slipping up like this.
Love the jazz here! My drink is always on point, however, some of the front of house staff make me feel hard of hearing. Too many baristas whisper when they take your order, or don’t have proper communication skills to be working in customer service. Competence would be awesome here!
they were extremely rude to my fiancé, and they took a very long time making her drink, and when she asked how long it would take they rolled their eyes at her! like i get it if you are busy but you have to have a little bit of compassion, everyone is stressed on the first week of school, but kindness is very important.
Why am I ordering a chai latte with no foam and cinnamon powder, just for them to completely disregard my "no foam" request and pour the cinnamon on top. Now I have to scrap off the foam and with it, the cinnamon. Like what's the point They usually have great service, but it's like they completely disregard what you order. Crazy thing is that they can see "CINNAMON PWDR" but not "[ NO FOAM ]". Hm.
