I politely approached the cashier and asked if there is a fresh coffee there because I got cold coffee from this place many times , He looked at me and I had to ask him 3 times , he was playing the ( I don’t understand game), finally he said yes it’s hot, I got a grande coffee he left half of the cup empty for cram and sugar!!!!!!! I put some cream and asked him to fill up the rest , he put little more coffee and gave me the cup , I paid for grande coffee and still he didn’t pour enough coffee there, Also in the begging he s... read more
Worst management I’ve experienced at any Starbucks location. Only one person is handling everything. Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. I recommend trying other nearby Starbucks locations.
