4 people on shift 2 just standing around doing nothing 1 making drinks extremely slowly and the other doing all the work to make drinks. No order ahead and still took forever to get the drinks.

It’s Starbucks. They hardly ever have a fail.
Label clearly stated what was ordered and the drink was made COMPLETELY wrong. The first request was no whipped cream and they said oh, let's put extra all over this drink. When you have your last 8 dollars on the app you're holding on to for months, just leaving your first major Dr appt for a major health problem, decide to FINALLY treat yourself because you made it thru your appt without breaking down to only waste the last bit of money you were saving on something you couldn't even enjoy.
