Manager Caine and his staff are great. Best Starbucks in Jax right now. Also consistent with the drinks and a great remodel here was so worth it. Love the location, vibe, and the environment overall! All the staff was very friendly and went above in beyond. I will be coming back again.
Every time I’ve come in I can tell that the employees are trying really hard and doing their best. I’m gonna be honest it’s rarely staffed for their needs, but they’re really trying.
