WiFi never works and it seems more intentional so that people don’t spend anytime here.
This Starbucks is a truly wonderful place. The people who work here always do an amazing job at making my food and the drinks. My favorite drink they always customize perfectly is the venti iced cinnamon dolce latte with 4 pumps of syrup and extra ice. Today I ordered it with marshmallow cold foam and it was perfect, they even added the crumbled graham cracker topping. I always enjoy coming here.
Great service. Great staff. Very friendly and made my drink to perfection. Also, talked to store manager Caine, very nice guy and very helpful.
My son and I were getting a treat after an emergency dental appt. He got beat up the night before and we spent the evening in the ER. We didn't tell the Starbucks associate, Caine, any of this, but he sweetly upgraded my son's drink to a larger size and was quick, clever and kind. This small gesture meant the world to us in a vulnerable moment. Thank you, Caine! Your kindness made us feel so much better. Much love!!
