The coffee is way too strong and way too expensive. If you have to dilute everything with creams and sweeteners ,why go?
Super sad I changed my review from Five Star to one star I purchased a cup there that was defective and the manager wouldn't even do a return or exchange for a cup that worked all sales are final so be very selective when buying from there. Went to the Starbucks on Deerfield and said that the cup wasn't even launched yet and they shouldn't even have it out on the Shelf at the Hy-Vee Starbucks. Amazing staff, super friendly. I went in there for my birthday, and got a free drink it was really good!
Second time now they messed up my order, and gave me 2 peppermint coffees, instead of vanilla in my coffee. My order is one vanilla misto, and one peppermint misto for my husband. I do not enjoy peppermint, nor do I enjoy paying almost $6 for the wrong drink, TWICE now. They also never greet you here.
