Amazing staff, super friendly. I went in there for my birthday, and got a free drink it was really good!
Second time now they messed up my order, and gave me 2 peppermint coffees, instead of vanilla in my coffee. My order is one vanilla misto, and one peppermint misto for my husband. I do not enjoy peppermint, nor do I enjoy paying almost $6 for the wrong drink, TWICE now. They also never greet you here.
Super sad I changed my review from Five Star to one star I purchased a cup there that was defective and the manager wouldn't even do a return or exchange for a cup that worked all sales are final so be very selective when buying from there. Went to the Starbucks on Deerfield and said that the cup wasn't even launched yet and they shouldn't even have it out on the Shelf at the Hy-Vee Starbucks. I went from loving the Starbucks to where I will go out of my way to not go there anymore.
Siempre presumo de lo rico que preparan las bebidas allí, pero precisamente hoy no fue así . Mi esposo compro 2 bebidas de calabaza con crema de chai y el sabor fue horrible , un día anterior habíamos pedido la misma bebida y los encantó por eso decidimos repetir el día de hoy . Nunca me había quejado de las bebidas pero ojalá la persona que nos preparo tenga más cuidado en los ingredientes.
Visited this location last week. Customer service was great most of all my drink was made exactly the way I love it! Also, received information on how I could get a replaceable straw for my Starbucks Stanley cup.
